Last night I read #The_Moth_Keeper by K. O'neill and the three volumes of #Moonstruck by Grace Ellis. Both had great cozy art but they were like night and day in terms of plot and characters. Both had a variety of characters but rep isn't everything. The 'romance in Moonstruck was toxic as hell. 1/?

#Princess_princess_ever_after is a solid no from me for good lgbt rep. To subvert the standard prince saves princess plot, we get masc saves femme. Worse it plays into awful tropes with a black masc teen saving a blonde white girl who is timid and called fat and stupid repeatedly. 1/?

#Roadqueen hrm.... not sure how to rate this one, either. It's serviceable, the art is different from most I'm used to, kind of a stylish hybrid of manga and western style. I've read and own literally hundreds of volumes of yuri at this point so the fact its trope-y might be on me... 1/?

#tea_dragon_society gorgeous art, not much plot... mostly cozy. Hard to rate. Good rep for lgbt, minority races, with a physically disabled character. I am not the target audience but it needs something more. The world building section in the back did make it more interesting.
