Bradley Chubb is a fine rotational Edge who can contribute professional & meaningful snaps for the Bills especially as Hoecht works his way back. That being said I would’ve much rather used his $ elsewhere all things considered (granted we don’t know what tires were kicked elsewhere and/or how hard)

Kevin Byard’s skillset would have meshed very well with Cole Bishop and allowed Bishop to work more as a down Safety. Would’ve have been a strong complementary pairing, especially at this stage of Free Agency for the Bills

I fully expected the Bills to get one of these guys. Especially Leo Chenal. It made too much sense in a multitude of ways. There’s a lot of time left and a lot of variables that go into signings, but these first two days have been very underwhelming for the Bills

Romeo Doubs is a great fit for what the Patriots needed at WR, and at an AAV of $20m (on the surface) is relatively in line with the market. That AAV would put Doubs T-24th amongst WRs with Jakobi Meyers

Dawson Knox is an integral piece for the Bills TE room because he bridges the skillsets of Dalton Kincaid and Jackson Hawes (and is there when Kincaid is hurt). The only problem was his contract was too high and his cap hits were too much. Hopefully the Bills rectified that here
