Wildfires...smoke... PM Carney's first priority has been to implement "drill baby, drill" policies (abolish carbon tax, energy corridor, etc...). Literally no talk about environment or climate. Not even worth talking about Poilièvre's environmental stance... This is what Canadians voted for.

Yet again, a story about failure of Alberta Orphan Well Association to collect sufficient funds from members. This doesn't have to be complicated. The Alberta government could impose correct funding contributions + monitor cleanups/remediation. Future generations will curse this UCP government.

Just read a news story from Radio Canada which claims 200 Bow Valley kids were enlisted to pull out berry bushes in Kananaskis in order to protect G7 participants from encountering bears. Is this true? Seems like a misguided destruction of the environment.
