Wow. Frozen is Disney's biggest creation of the 21st century so I can't blame them for betting the house on these next two films. Where is Jonathan Groff? I guess it's because Kristoff doesn't move merchandise like the other three but it still sucks he's likely not getting paid the same amount.

Live-action Moana looks okay but I can't shake off the feeling that it's so soon to do a remake. And the only reason it's happening now is so The Rock could play Maui before he got too old.

Sponge Out of Water > SpongeBob Movie The first movie is funnier but Sponge Out of Water better represents the spirit of the show and utilizes more of the show's cast.

Gonna go ahead and predict that The Super Mario Galaxy Movie will gross more than the original. They picked the perfect game to take inspiration from, the first movie did monster numbers on streaming despite being on a smaller platform in Peacock, and the trailer was great.

Back in Action deserved much better. Having it come out smack dab in the middle of one of the most loaded months for family movies in history was not the best idea.

I can see why Fantasia might not be to everyone's tastes but it's a jaw-breaking masterpiece of cinema and a cool way for Disney to introduce audiences to classical music using groundbreaking animation for its time.

Brie's voice is a perfect fit for Rosalina. She sounds so warm and motherly.

My excitement level for Zootopia 2 compared to Moana 2 last year is night and day.

Brie Larson as Rosalina is a great pick. Not entirely sold on Benny Safdie for Bowser Jr. yet. His voice sounded too deep in the trailer.

One thing I did notice with the Toy Story 5 trailer is they went back to the 1.85:1 aspect ratio the first three films had. Toy Story 4 was 2.39:1.

So the Potato Heads are still there despite my initial belief they would be written out. Wonder if they'll be recast or do something like having them lose their mouths like how Mrs. Potato Head lost her eye in Toy Story 3.

Jared Bush said the cloaked figure doesn't exist as a specific character and was made solely for the first trailer to signify that the movie would have a true villain.

This is probably an unpopular opinion but I prefer Home Alone 2 over the first Home Alone movie. Both are pretty much the same movie except for one thing which is Tim Curry. He makes any movie he appears in better.

Love the movie and both series were surprisingly good.

It's still too early to remake Moana but at the same time Disney probably wants to do it while The Rock is still young enough to play Maui in live-action. And it's not surprising he would want to play Maui in live-action as well since the character was modeled after his grandfather.

So many great things to say about The Incredibles but an aspect that doesn't get talked about enough is how atmospheric it gets.

Saw this in theaters as a 5 year old kid in 2000. The marketing for the movie was pretty inescapable back then. I still own one of the Grinch toys from Wendy's that was a Christmas ornament.

Most of them are voicing police officers. Kind of a missed opportunity not to do a callback to the first movie showing clips of Weaseltown's bootleg Disney films.
