Added a test for our yarn berry (v2) caching behaviour. It's now the most flakey test as apparently just running `yarn init -v2` regularly segfaults, fails with missing corepack or with an MODULE_NOT_FOUND error. Doesn't seem too surprising that it doesn't seem to have got the uptake. #yarn #npm
