Brazilian barbecue for my birthday was awesome. Must've eaten over 2 kilos of food and barely made it out alive. Shout out to infinite gammon and piri piri chicken in particular.

Been thinking about what to stream for my birthday this year and entertained the idea of doing something serious for once. Then I picked Megabonk. See y'all there.

Verho always has such charming communities.

Went back and re-imagined this. Homemade flatbread, whipped goat's cheese and smoked salmon. Garnished with peaches and peppers. Much better suited to my tastes. Yum.

Made mac and cheese (and chorizo) with an almond and parsley crumb. Chat picked garlic and herb cream cheese, chorizo and almonds as their mandatory ingredients. Any combination of cheese and pasta already wins but with some texture too? Yes please.

Made lentil soup with cheddar and veggies finished with sumac.

Finally 100%'d Final Fantasy 7. And it only took me 30 years.

Made chilli stew with tuna, beans and potato dumplings, finished with dill cottage cheese and served with crusty garlic bread. The tuna, baked beans and cottage cheese were chat's mandatory ingredients to make a dish with. Spicy and sweet profile. Really tasty and filling.

Made some cranberry and lime cream puffs finished with cinnamon sugar. Chat's mandatory ingredients were the cranberries, limes and cinnamon sugar. Turned out really well. Super zesty and not too sweet. The pastry was just a crunchy shell for texture.

Damn, Medea from Hades 2 is kinda...
