Rewatching old episodes of Criminal Minds (I know we're boycotting CBS, but they're on DVD) and I think my favorite episode ending is season 8,EP 15 when they storm into a conversion camp and arrest everyone...

I'm sick of the discussion that the Ten Commandments are the basis of our legal system. 4 of the 10 are literally about God themselves and their holy day. One is about your parents. The other 5 are hardly original to the Bible and were part of legal codes long predating the Isrealites.

And all of the sudden, prostate cancer makes you mentally unable to do any job? Is this really what people on the right, and even some on the left, are going with? That prostate cancer, or maybe any cancer, makes one cognitively unable to do the job? Holy fucking hell.

We also must reckon with the fact that the vast majority of these people identify as Christian.

"We know what you stand AGAINST but what do you stand FOR?" What are we FOR? The teachings of Jesus. Love your neighbor as yourself. LOVE *ACTIVELY*. For some that's only a little from home. For others it's hours/days on the streets giving their time and money. It's all important it's all valuable.

Beloveds, let us not become weary in doing good. (Gal 69) Now, more than ever, the world needs people doing good to one another.

Not a Drag Queen Not a transgender person A total of 33 charges of sexual abuse against children. It's time we had a discussion about why some have a crusade against gender expression or who is attracted to who, yet are so ready to forgive, or at least overlook, those who are religious leaders.
