I’ve learned that the most powerful choice I can make every single day is to not carry hate in my heart. It’s not because I like everyone or because I don’t see cruelty in the world , trust me, I do. There are definitely people I’ll never understand, and things I’ll never agree with or align with.

My beautiful Cali. I can’t believe she’s about to be 13 years old! We have traveled all of the united states and Canada together. She will always be my baby, I love her so much that it hurts ❤️ She still loves her toys and playing fetch just as she did since she was a puppy,

It was about 4 months ago. I was leaving Tacoma humane society, I went for 2 dogs but ended up leaving with 5 so there wasn’t any more room in the car for more. But just as I was about to leave, literally about to walk out the door, I saw this beautiful little alien senior pug.
