Suicidal thoughts are common, hugely complex and can happen to anyone. Using words that suggest they are a sin can add to stigma and fear of talking about them. On #WorldSuicidePreventionDay, words matter.

Panic attacks can be frightening and may occur without warning or an obvious reason. However, there are steps you can take to manage them: 1. Reassure. Remind yourself it will pass and you are safe. They rarely cause harm.
