Here's the Latino Monumento Flag, the other hilichurl faction flags from my own imagination, the origins was from a Italian hilichurl named Mino, who wanted to assist Italy, while he is the new mayor in Night City. The hilichurl population is around 1 or 2 million.

The PSR, Pink Sun Republic, is a nation that's formed and ruled by Inno. She's kind of like a supreme leader and goddess from her Hilichurl residents, which are 80% of the population. Which also considers it to be a Hilichurl faction. I have many other flags of Hilichurl nations that I will share.

I just found a map that fits with the PSR's lifestyle, I see the folks are bringing life.
