That's a wrap on my paper for the ISFNR conference in Reykjavik. Now all that's left on my major projects list for the summer is to finish The Storyteller's Guide to Folklore. I'll be skipping the last day of the conference to head north and visit Ásbyrgi canyon again.

On this Earth Day, I wanted to share with you some photos of Nova Scotia, my home. This is a holy place (indeed, the whole Earth is holy), and the greatest gift we can give it and one another is our commitment to its protection and preservation. #EarthDay

Rose early this morning and finally restrung my amber beads. I just tied several square knots to finish the piece, but I didn't want anything fancy for these. The beads are showy enough on their own, and this auld Heathen wants to wear them next to her skin.
