Making "homemade" oatmeal cookies. I use a dry mix, and zhuzh it up. Added cinnamon and raisins (after a good soak in a diluted mixture of vanilla extract and almond extract), then used the leftover liquid in substitution for the water the mix called for. They're smelling mighty nice.
