Last week, Treasury and IRS finalized rules for the Section 45Y PTC & 48E ITC, effective today! The credits boost water power by ensuring eligibility for all forms, support new/upgraded projects, enable repowering under the 80/20 rule, and increase ITC value for incremental capacity! #hydro
