Working in AP is a privilege, but it’s tough. The behaviours, the battles, the heartache, it can wear you down. Just checking in… how are all my fellow APs doing out there? Are you ok?

Working in an AP means carrying the weight of trauma that’s not your own. The kids need our whole heart, every day. Empathy fatigue is real but so is the impact. Love this job, but glad it is a long weekend.

Work gossip and rumours do so much damage. If something’s up, talk about it. Honesty > whispers

Had to laugh today as we had some old tractor tyres installed. All the older ones moaning, ‘Why are you putting in tractor tyres?!’ … then half an hour later they’re climbing all over them, loving life.

How lucky are we to have a site team who get stuck in and make magic happen… diggers, tractor tyres and a whole lot of care go into creating spaces our kids can explore, play and grow.
