I did not want to get out of bed today, but I made it to the gym and demolished my chest and back, harder than i’ve ever gone on both. Got a little self conscious with all the rest days i’ve been taking, but they’re needed and i’m genuinely getting bigger bc of them 😮‍💨

got a wrestling practice AND an arm day in today. I haven’t been this sore in years, but I feel really good with the level of commitment i’ve kept to my health so far in 2025. I had some down periods but I bounced back really well. Let’s keep this up till the end!!!

we got the sub 7!!! I didn't know I was capable of such a big PB! All of the practice and failures taught me so many lessons and it led to this amazing run. Genuinely IDK where this came from I am still in shock. Top 5 as well!!! So happy I got the job done :)

Back at the gym for the first time in a while. I got sick again :/ but i’m better now and we are so back!!! I drilled my chest so much today and i’m so tired but I feel accomplished now that I’m done. Officially on break, I’m gonna be here a lot more :P expect more pumps.

Had every excuse in the world to quit this run, but something told me to keep pushing and I'm glad I did! Not the sub 7, but this just shows how in the cards it is. Really proud that I could pull myself together and get the job done after being down to much lol

I finished my first OOT - Glitched Logic Rando!!! Did not expect to beat it first try, I thought it would take some more work to finish a run, but I knew enough skips and the luck was nice enough so I was able to get it done! Doing glitched logic was a goal of mine so I'm happy!

First 171 PB in over 6 months! This run was the most its so over -> we're so back and I almost got the sub 7:05 but I got trolled on the last hit of the final boss LOL Sub 7 is in the balance, and tbh I can do so much better than that. I LOVE SA2!!!!

had coaching this morning and then hit some cardio after! Coaching was awesome, everyone was so happy to see me and I got to push and encourage our athletes. Very fulfilling morning physically and emotionally :)

2nd best SMS 120 run ever, was on pace to beat my 900+ day old PB on Switch (3:31:57) but I got really nervous and kinda let it slip. Still my fastest run on Wii though so that's a huge stepping stone. Nerves were out of control in the middle of the run but It keeps me human 🤷‍♂️
