Breath prayer is a simple spiritual practice with ancient roots, often used in the Christian tradition and similar to Buddhist mindfulness and breath awareness. It’s about slowing down, connecting with your breath, and repeating a short phrase: one part as you inhale, one part as you exhale.

This Earth Day, we celebrate the Sacredness of Creation. We are called to cherish and protect this beautiful, interconnected world. May we honor the earth not just today, but every day, through choices that nurture life, promote justice, and reflect God’s love for all creation.

We join with many around the world in mourning the passing of Pope Francis. His witness of compassion, humility, and justice touched countless lives. May his legacy of love and inclusion continue to inspire us all.
