I unpacked my first ever finished oil painting (that I haven’t seen for around a year) and it felt so special. I made this one during the deepest and darkest time of my burnout and the whole process brought me hope and some really needed light✨. I’m still incredibly of myself for making this one.

Let me rephrase this: It’s not okay that we are having a hard time taking care of ourselves / being taken care of! We don’t deserve this. But what we deserve even less, is that we are the ones who take the blame for it…(read further in comments)
