Homelessness Response System Steering and Oversight Committee - Membership Interest Form Thank you for your interest in serving on the Homelessness Response System Steering and Oversight Committee. HRS is currently recruiting for one (1) member of the Steering and Oversight Committee who lives outside of the City of Portland and who pays the Supportive Housing Services Tax. Residents of the City of Portland are not eligible for this seat. This recruitment will be open January 20 - February 6, 2026.
