Busy day today. Went to the temple to make merit for my stepfather's family. We all had a fancy brunch afterward. Then my boyfriend and I went to the Junji Ito haunted house / exhibit at the mall. We got our hair cut and styled. Right now, I'm trying VERY HARD to get good at Magic the Gathering.

I wanted to play SaGa Frontier on my PC. I have the remaster, which is great, but one hitch. There are ZERO SaGa Frontier walkthroughs made for the remaster. My biggest accomplishment for today is clearing about 100 TTRPGs from my to-read pile. I even played a few of them! It was my first experience with solo TTRPGs. I haven't found one that resonates with me, but there's about 400 books left in the pile, so 🤞

If you are starting a new campaign for one of your favorite TTRPGs, re-read the rule book. You WILL pick up on something new about the rules, the setting, or the vibes. Do it every time you return to the game, no matter how often. It always works.

Might play Slay the Spire again. I did a run with Warrior. Ended with attacking a giant heart, then being kicked to the main menu. I'm not sure whether I'm doing something wrong. The poisoner is up next, but I gave up in frustration. My skills are rusty. Advice on how to proceed with the game?
