Had round one of our culinary competition today, think it went fairly well and happy with my preformance and dishes overall even though I can see many improvements to focus on Time limits of 30min and 45 min for culinary and dessert respectively.

Gym progress have been good, going consistently again since last October and still slowly upping the weights on everything I do (trying to hit each muscle group once a week) Bench PR is 165lb/75kg right now which is a lot higher than when I used to go before (around 115lb)
