Got my finger slammed down on by my toolbox yesterday when i went in it for a socket tester. Not broken, doc thinks, but bruised bone and nerve compression. Joys of doing patch ups and repairs around the house yourself!

Finally got a week off of work in July. Hoping to at least get my bathroom fixed and work on long overdue commissions. Im so sorry its taken me a year. I didnt expect Roxy's health issues after her surgery, mine, the depression from meds, or having to deal with my father's estate. I'm so sorry.

Since dad died, I've been quickly descending into stress hell with everything else going on on top of dealing with his estate. No sleep, lashing out, pressure from fam, Roxy.. my outlet the past month has been ripping sod out of my brick walkways. This strip here filled a 9x3x1 raised bed halfway.

Roxy's first acupuncture session completed. Vet thinks it might be a partial ligament tear, along with arthritis and not the spondylosis. She HATED it, though. Didnt relax at all, kept ripping the needles out. Poor pup didn't know what was going on when the electricity therapy started.

Opiate seems to finally be wearing off on Roxy, but she still is very weak in her hind end. Pancreatitis flare is in full swing, but at least shes eating. Never, ever taking her to that urgent care again, though, if that one vet is on duty. When her normal vet says everyone hates him, big red flag.

Welp, laser therapy with the joint injections did diddly-dick for Roxy,sooo now we're looking at physical therapy and chiropractic. Care credit is nearly maxed out, and cause of my dad's estate shit, so's my credit card. I dunno what the fuck I'm gonna do.

Mass turned out to be a cluster of microcysts. Gotta go back in 6mo for another ultrasound. Tits are fun, but they fuckin suck to have lol especially if ya got family history of cancer and seem to be the gene pool skimmer.

Love being up at 3 AM with Roxy because she's having a pancreatitis flare from her joint injection on a day i have extensive cancer testing. I didn't fall asleep until around midnight because of my anxiety attacks over this testing. I didn't need sleep at all. Silly me for trying.

Imma bout to crash out. Anciety attacks over the additional cancer screenings tomorrow, my dad's financials and condo and all the non stop calls and texts regarding it, Roxy's mobility deterioration and her GI issues today, work.. over due comms.. I wanna crawl into a hole and never come out.

I fucking hate automated voice systems when calling places~ those IVRs are absolutely horrible, dgaf what name you give them~ Dont become a personal rep over an estate. It sucks. It absolutely sucks. Your sanity will thank you.

Just checked the county court and probate has been opened so fingers crossed it's a No Court/No Show decision where I don't gotta take time off to be in court and they just rule I'm Primary Executor. I just want this shit done. I've lost 17lbs in three weeks because of the stress.

I know I should head over to my dad's and continue packing it up, but in all honestly being there makes me absolutely nauseated and stressed. I keep thinking about the bills - mortgage, HOA, utilities - and not having access to his accounts to pay them. Don't recommend being primary to an estate.

It's times like today I'm glad I have a pharmacy stocked for my dog. Metronidazole, sucralfate, gabapentin and her usual acid reflux meds; the only thing I don't keep on hand (and I should) is proviable paste. I've been dealing with her pancreatitis and gastritis for 8 years, and I still panic. 🫠

Got a vet appointment scheduled. Her stomach issues have been worse since the splenectomy, I literally don't even know what to do anymore. I'm so scared every time she gets these episodes. I don't wanna lose my dog, y'all.

Someone please come get my dog to eat. I've been trying for four hours. Chicken, rice, turkey, crackers, bread. She just won't eat, her stomach is upset and not eating makes it worse. My anxiety is through the roof and I have not gotten a fucking break at all since October.
