Have never gotten used to London pedestrians walking into the street without looking. Five years I've been cycling here and I'm 🤯 every single time.

Royal Mail doesn't have Click & Drop setup to use tariffs (the platform for small businesses). I tested using their site to send a package manually, and it charged 0p for customs (for a £10 item)? But a 50p "handling" fee for Royal Mail??? None of this makes sense.
