I just be talking to myself on social media. it’s more of a way to put down fly away thoughts and if people engage then that’s their own perogative. That’s why it’s funny when people think I’m not tagging people in posts bc I’m scared. I’m just a stranger speaking into the void like you.

Spent a little time on Twitter this afternoon. It's become even less usable, if you can imagine.

I used to think I was so hard to love but my man made me feel so secure from the beginning and loved me with so much intention that I willingly softened myself for him. I feel blessed to experience it and I hope everyone gets to know that feeling at least once in their life.

I think… I’m starting to outgrow Twitter ? I cannot deal with the clickbait posts and the clear right wing narratives being pushed

I started being regularly published when I was 25. I didn't make my first dollar writing until I was 30. I didn't sell my first novel or screenplay until I was 35. Many of you hadn't even heard of anything I'd written until I was over 40. You have time. There is no expiration date on writers.

Been seeing our islands delegates who were at COP look so exhausted on their way home. It must take so much out of them only to return disappointed each time. I wanna wrap them all in hugs.

And honestly, it feels like the presents have more meaning in that sense. They were carefully picked. Not a last minute, obligatory rush to the checkout just to have presents under the tree!

A love letter to my Kiribati. Gifted to me somewhere from the deep expanse of Oceania while my feet were planted in the sands of the Kingdom of Hawai’i. Inspired by the incredible people I had the absolute pleasure of crossing paths with at FestPAC, and now it’s my gift to you 🌺

It's GREAT! The things you do def makes sense 😅 the fact that you like to show patterns or cause/effect clearly and practically in the things you write, point out stuff that seems obvious to you (ground breaking to us haha), even your love of home finds itself in the critique you give. Love it!

A reminder that the US is an illegal settler colony on sovereign Hawaiian soil that not only apologized in 1994 for backing a coup government but promised a process of reconciliation. The time is now to move forward, redeclare our independence & put forth of plan of transition to move Hawaii forward

It is so nice to be on an app where elo musty isn’t pushing his conservative bs and there aren’t sex bots in every comment section

It is the most annoying thing when people don’t do chores properly the first time and then I don’t want to be a bitch and make them redo it so I just bite my tongue and do it :)
