Been a weird year. Halloween is in full effect inside my home, but we didn't decorate at all for the outside and we're not giving out candy this year. It's weird to put one of my favorite holidays on the backburner, but this is sort of how burnout manifests. I'm very tired all the time.

I'm also back from Louisville and I really enjoyed the city. That might be it for me and travel for the year. Felt the shutdown pressure on the way back for sure - everyone that showed up to fly me places or process me through was operating at an elite level, so they are incredibly appreciated.

Running a second playthrough of Resident Evil Village and didn't love it all that much the first time through. Second time, I'm having a much better time and it feels like a much better game. Abandoning my expectations was the best move. I'm enjoying it.

Truly psyched to have tickets for my spouse and I to attend The Last Dragon's 40th Anniversary showing. I'm so excited to see it on a theater screen, something I never would have thought would happen. Hopefully we have a cool audience like the movie did in the theater at the beginning.

Saying goodbye to my best boy today. My heart is shattered but we got an extra 6 weeks with him due to a new vet and those 6 weeks we got when we thought it was the end? It was so precious to us.
