I realise that it sounds like I've had a bunch of different health issues going on one after the other, so I wanted to write down a simple timeline here. Started an 8-4: immidiate painful and crippling fatique. Expected it to be a "getting used to waking up early" issue.

On a brighter note was given migraine medication to test out 🙏🙏🙏😭

I think I'm in a burn out.* Not like from something that's happened recently, just as in what's left after medicating the other things, and having kind of struggled for so long with no sick leaves when I def. would've needed it. Now I just need to figure out what to do about it 🤔

Last year I did boycott Eurovision, this year I wanted to see & support Erika. I will most likely boycott next year again, until certain something is kicked out. The double standard is baffling and the results this year felt incredibly disingenuous. It wasn't enjoyable.

I ain't mad, because I like Austria, I think it's a worthy winner 👌 Erika did us proud, and her performance will surely be remembered 🎤 But to quote the Disney fates: What The Hell Just Happened?

Well this is a collab I didn't know we needed.

Torn on Albania, I love her dress, love her song. The red visuals look really good. Hate the guy talking and I don't get the blocks that make no sense and cover half of them. The banging is odd, it seems to serve no other purpose than give him something to do.

San Marino will most likely hoover a bunch of straight man votes. I find it good fun, but in a way where it's not competing for the win.

France sounds really good and the song is lovely, but it's a bit repetitive and Switzerland was just a bit better. Also reminds me of Voilà which was miles better. But I can see it appealing to a lot of people. Sadly, her dress looks terrible.

Nåjaa! I've loved Sweden from the start and still do! The song is hella catchy, the singing is good (every time) and the perforfance is a slick production. It grinds my gears every time someone says it's a joke entry. Joke and fun are completely different genres.

And Denmark brings to mind the collection CD's I used to listen to as a teen. It's nice, but also a little dated? She has impressive vocals.

This reminds me of Paradise Oscar. I can recognize that it's nicely made and they deliver it well, but it's not for me.

Malta is serving chorus, other wise I don't think I would listen to this several times. I like the camp, the vocals but not all parts of the song. It was a little messy but felt like that was the point so it doesn't bother as much.

I feel targeted by Switzerland. This is my cup of cocoa, tea, soft drink, cocktail and a good night's sleep.

I kinda liked Armenia but after I learned he's kept touring in Russia since 2022 it's a no from me.

Greece's song is pretty, but the glasses and/with that hairstyle is a choice. Also I can't get over the papermache rock. The stageprops don't make sense and the don't look very good. The led screens and lights save the visuals somewhat.

I know I'll be singing balalalala with Germany in the summer. (It's missing a bit of oomf though which is a pity) The speaker prop looked cool.

Oh no Poland had to sprint again. But she pulled it through, and is giving me 2025 Shum.

More about Erika, I was a bit bummed she didn't use the high note from UMK at the end but we got a bit of it and that makes me really really happy

I don't have a lot to say about Italy. It has that melancolic suomirokki sound that I've never really cared about.

Erika delivered and then some, I'm content with this edition of Eurovision 🙏

Ok so.. I like the unapologetic Icelandic Minecraft boys and I'm happy they rowed their way to the final.

Austria served the first honestly impressive performance for me (if you ignore the couple of screethy notes) 👏 I can see it being hard to approach for some people though

UK sent something passable, nice job 👍 The girls can sing and look cute. But it's really hard to grasp any kind of structure. It feels like something you should be able to sing along but makes it really difficult.

Spain sounds good but both the song and the show are a bit of a mess. I approve the sparkly leotard though!

Can't decide if I like Lithuania or not. Lot's of elements I usually like..but maybe the levels of the music and sound are not mixed well? Something is just a little off.

Estonia is a bit over hyped imo. He can't sing the song he chose and the performance isn't giving much. Maybe they didn't have any budget? I could listen to the studio version while cleaning.

Luxembourg feels like it might've done really well in the 2010's. At least she picked up some pace at the end.
