CrewNerd on Apple Watch, simplified. The Watch no longer asks what mode you want — it now assumes you’re recording a workout on the Watch alone, with your current mode displayed at the bottom of the screen. This update isn’t out yet, but we’re looking for beta testers. Sign up at our IG link in bio!

A quick update — we’ve added more flexibility to HR zones! The current release uses % of max HR, but many athletes prefer % of heart rate reserve (HRR), which factors in resting HR. You can now choose either method in the settings, and there’s also a new option to estimate your max HR based on age.
