The Strawberry Jam entry between me and @froobyart.com is going well. The programming is nearly complete. What remains is some art, some polishing, and maybe some playtesting before it goes live. Here's how the crew interaction looks. Multiple icons and areas appear, you'll have to match them.

The collaboration between @froobyart.com and I for Strawberry Jam is still unnamed, but it is a point and click based game, set on a space ship. Here is a look at the starting screen.

I've been hard at work with @froobyart.com on Strawberry Jam 2026 since Feb 1st. Two weeks down, two weeks to go. The game is due Feb 28th. Most of the art is still in the roughs phase, but that's gonna change quickly this week... I'll post screenshots once I have something considered final!

The RitualBound behind the scenes document is mostly written, so now I've been gathering up screenshots and links for it. On Feb 1st, Strawberry Jam 2026 begins, which will take up all my time that month, so I am trying to get this released before that. Cant wait to share it when its done!

Still filling out more behind the scenes stuff, trying to focus on any interesting tidbits I recall, and anything you would never know when playing the game. I haven't written this much in while, so its proving a challenge, but I am making progress. Soon enough it will be time for a proofread.

Behind the Scenes is going well, although I am realizing I have to rewrite each section usually, to make it a bit less dry. I'm trying to make sure each section is interesting, and includes various emotional tidbits and thoughts. It'll take longer than 3 weeks, but I think it'll be interesting!

I've about got the Making of RitualBound / Behind the Scenes sections mapped out and arranged. Right now there is a section about the creation of the game, then one for art, music and sound, the design process, and a few more. I will finalize it and begin filling them out later this week.

So having released RitualBound one week ago and then taking a week off, I am ready to resume. I'm going to spend the next three weeks working on a behind the scenes document, which will include in-progress and unused art, unused mechanics, and more. I will post a link here once its up!

The final ritual has been externally play tested and tweaked on the feedback. I believe its the right difficulty now. Now I am finishing setting the score calculation. After that, release time! Read the devlog: vygast.itch.io/ritualbound/...

I suspected the final ritual was too hard, and my play testers have now confirmed it. One tester even referred to it as 'brutal.' I implemented some of the feedback, and I think it's getting to be the right amount of difficult now. Gonna have the play testers give it another try shortly.

I gave it one last shot to get the game working on iOS browsers. I managed to get it playable on iPhone/iPad, but the game has frequent crashes, so I can't release it. Exporting to web for iOS is not recommended for this engine it seems. Read the devlog: vygast.itch.io/ritualbound/...
