This is a straight up vanity post... I'm a lifelong NY Mets fan. Noah Syndegard was one of their best pitchers about ten years ago. These days he's saying current Mets want off the team because of Mayor Zohran Mamdani. Being out of the limelight is harder for some players than others. Poor guy.

I don’t want to binge watch or binge listen to content that aligns with my politics. I’d rather binge on stuff that elevates me and prepares me to elevate others. Just so happens most of that content currently lands on this side of the political spectrum.

I'm not saying this nation's senior administration isn't capable of holding their own in China. I'm just saying they conduct themselves like a dysfunctional high school prom committee fighting over which DJ to hire. I guess I am saying that. No offense intended to dysfunctional prom committees.

In the near future, those who are actively working to restore segregation will attempt to resurrect their credibility. They'll use some version of, "I was just following orders." Same with any number of other MAGA positions, but this one has a direct, traceable, visceral history. Never.
