When my mental health is bad, I hate that I talk myself out of streaming/gaming. I tell myself it'll go poorly, and that I don't even deserve to because I couldn't bring myself to work, or shower, or clean, or whatever thing it was that day. I'm not sure why I do this but I hope I learn to stop.
