Tour de Fleece day 5 complete! Just a lil bit spun up today but in the ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS black walnut dyed rambouillet wool. 😍

TDF Day 4 is done and I finished plying up my first set of bobbins! My 3-ply yarn weighs 3.7 oz over 196 yards. The 2-ply Leftover mini is just .32 oz and 26 yards. So happy with my progress so far!

Day 3 TDF complete! Total Spun: .88 oz / 25 g Not a ton today but I did finish up bobbin #3. Will be plying up a 3-ply tomorrow!

Day 1 of Tour de Fleece and I'm excited to participate for the first time since 2021! My plan is to spin up a sweater amount of fiber and spin every day. I have 1 lb 8 oz of natural dyed rambouillet wool that I will be spun into a 3-ply worsted weight. LET'S DO IT

Successfully completed my first calf shaping on my sock! It fits perfectly and I am so excited that I could make them fit with such an incredibly beautiful yarn base.

Plyed this gorgeous 3-ply rambouillet yarn today. It's dyed with dandelions, acorns, and avocados. And it is just as squishy as you think it is.

Got to thwack some yarn tonight and I'm pretty happy about it.

Knit up my first pass at a rafflesia colorwork headband pattern I designed this week! Definitely needs some work but happy with it so far!
