Thank you to my fellow candidates in this by election for a genuine contest of ideas for the first time in a long time for Division 11. Division 11 won’t be taken for granted again. With a 48% primary vote so far, results for our positive, people powered campaign are looking promising.

Election day! We are at Narangba Community Centre today to chat to any last minute voters. The ECQ office is open until 6pm and they’ll start counting votes after that. To my wonderful volunteers, we have done our best, stayed positive and given the community a real alternative. ❤️Thank you!

This week I delivered over 25 pages of Haley Richie's petition to support an upgrade of the Narangba Rail Crossing. Actions speak louder than words. My volunteers and I wanted to show we really support this important infrastructure project for our region.

The City of Moreton Bay Division 11 by-election is tracking behind the already low turn out of other recent by-elections across Queensland with just 31% of votes received back by the end of the 1st week. Avoid the $161 fine and return your ballot before 27th September!

What an incredible morning! We had volunteers (and doggies) out flying the flag in Samford, Narangba and Dayboro and I'm heading up the mountain for Mountain Idol in Mt Nebo tonight! Thank you to every volunteer for your commitment to politics done differently! Your passion drives me on every day!

Samford and Surrounds! I visited Mt Nebo and Mt Glorious on Friday. Thank you Sabrina and Peace and Choir for your performances and the volunteer team that cooked up a storm at Joey's JoYnt.  Roads and footpaths are a real challenge as are natural disasters. The communities are up for the challenge and so am I!

I started recording after a few minutes of 1-2 cars getting through the lights each time and then we waited another 4 minutes! It's time for action on this level crossing. If elected I'll advocate for this upgrade and work closely with the community and counterparts in other levels of Government.

Great chats in Narangba this morning. I took some copies of the Narangba railway crossing petition out to get signed too.  I really think Council's paper petition system is outdated and needs a refresh, but for now, if they want paper they'll get it! Lots of people keen to sign it!

I will fight for a fix to the traffic chaos in Narangba and support a level crossing upgrade at Narangba Station. If I get elected, I won't just oversee the existing commitments from council, I'll fight for better planning and more transport and community facilities that are needed alongside housing
