I won Gold in my second competition this year. This one was at the ADCC Niagra Open. I competed as a purple belt in the +30 years old division despite being 46 years old. Thanks to everyone who showed so much love.

Today on Remembrance Day, I remember my great grandfather Captain Hira Singh, our Canadian Veterans and all those from around the world who allied to defend the freedoms we cherish today. Lest we forget.

Mark Carney’s plan to balance the operating budget means $43 billion in cuts. So last night I asked him: “Do you think it’s a good idea to cut supports for people at a time when they need their government to help them?”
