Prequel finished up well - the good guys won - flash forward to Dean heading to Stanford to grab Sam for their first mission - Dad must be missing

Hunters are after Sam who they think is the antichrist or some force of evil based on a blind soothsayer prediction - they almost convince John Winchester to take him out but cooler heads prevail

Had this old quarter bin find for a while and it’s a Blue devil I’ve never read - not missing much unless you are a completist

There’s a price on the doctors head and the baddies are after her / Bruce and her “date night” ends with a partial secret identity reveal so she’s probably gonna die

Teacher is after Sam - Dean thinks she’s bad news - Dad finally listens - Is it too late to save him - probably not or there wouldn’t be a show

A history of Arkham Asylum in the absolute U - saw the twist coming but enjoyed the ride

Alls well that ends well in this arc-for Sam and Twitch and family - some bad guys got what’s coming to them some didn’t - spawn makes a cameo appearance

A town full of succubi - I would be a goner like cousin Eddie - wonder who is after Sam

Zombies that are well fed stop decomposing and brain function continues at a rudimentary level - interesting idea

This is a cleaner seedy crime story-fixer gets duped but figures it out in the end/Ennis adds this supernatural layer over the top of it/didn’t really improve the story-so I’m curious if he did it to sell to image which loves the supernatural add on or it was that way all along

Freaky twilight zone- esque story about babies instantly growing into adults but still being infants and the chaos that breaks out - weird but interesting read

Finished a Fun prequel and worth the read if you liked the show

Susan is burning the candle at both ends leading up to the election-McGraw feels abandoned-Esther finds the perfect Birthday present- Hilarity ensues

Inspired by the new series I went back to the 2007 origin series to read a little more Sam and dean and papa Winchester stories

Last issue before the relaunch - we get Marc Spector #1 in February and will see who snatched him

To fight the cirque du sin Nightwing teams up with Martian manhunter to enter the fifth dimension

The big plot mythology storylines were great in the show but I always enjoyed the little monster of the the week one and done episodes - really fun and mostly low stakes - get in - find monster - vanquish - get out

BC (can I call you BC?) gets hoodwinked and bamboozled by Tombstone - MJ bails her out but it’s far from fixed

I enjoyed this until I hit this panel - either it’s a typo (no excuse from a big 2 book) or it’s a turn of phrase I don’t recognize and took me out of the comic entirely - Batman&Robin has been solid so not a dealbreaker

We get answers to questions from the very beginning of the series - lots of moving parts and plot moves in this one - still hate the untranslated French- arc ends on a high note - now we wait until the end of April to pick up where we left off

Noir punches some nazis, scuffles with plasma man or Mr goo or the circulatory system, and rescues some kids but the real danger is Gwen wants Peter to uncover Spider-Man's secret identity - to discover her fathers killer

One of my favorite series finishes another volume and sets the table for one last oneshot to end the series forever - I am of course looking forward to seeing how they button everything up but I will miss it when it’s over forever in April- better to have loved and lost they say

Bit of a palette cleanser - melancholy Christmas story - and ended rather abruptly

This is as valid a Joker origin as any before it - I like this one actually over the Jack Napier chemical spill or 3 jokers versions we’ve had - he’s a unredeemable monster plain and simple and maybe this version of Batman will just put him down this time

Probably should have read this weeks ago but it’s still a great read and a thinker

Twisted tale this cirque du sin storyline - death traps, beheadings, kidnapped children, not a real heart warmer so far

although some other plot twists happened in the Thor books it seems - Strange is still in Asgard which was where we left off with the miniseries
