The EMS “KS” (Keyboard Sequencer). Unfortunately, it did not work on my VCS3 because there were apparently two different versions.

Roland CR-78 - the big brother of the Roland CR-68 drum machine.

2009 – the large “Walhalla” modular system in Bernd-Michael Land's SyxsS studio in Offenbach

Roland VP-550 Vocoder -I then replaced it with the improved VP-770. There is no difference in sound quality, but the VP-770 has a display and a slot for a USB stick on the front panel, although you don't really need that

I like this series of effects. They are all very high quality and also rank very highly in terms of sound. They are little helpers, especially in combination with analog modular systems, and I wouldn't want to be without them.

The Ensoniq EPS 16+ belongs to the generation of the first affordable samplers for everyone. It was replaced many years ago, but I still have its predecessor (EPS with 13 bits) standing upright between the flight cases in the warehouse.

Korg / ARP Odyssey desktop version. This synth was only a brief guest in my studio and soon left me again. The sound was okay, but I didn't particularly like the rest of it.

I found another Polaroid picture of my old modular corner. That must have been in 1981 and was also taken in the basement studio in Götzenhain.
