//ess here. I am going to just say. I think all the brains went into Serges, the other X Hunters don’t look that bright. But then Serges is the Reploid that decides the best way to attack X is jump’n out of a perfectly safe force field & into X’s line of fire. X-Kai may not be that bright either.

The sword resonates with RiCO’s energy as it leaves a massive slash mark that burns into his armor and sends him flying.

The magic-enhanced attack fired first, and X-Kai’s Buster shorted out, firing weak lemons that only stung like static. “How…”

The wound kept on getting bigger until the two slashed through his entire left arm. He leapt back, aiming his buster. [RiCO’s arms have quietly become armor for Sue. She can now use a Buster]

He tried blocking with his non-Buster arm, which started to chip and dent into a significant wound. He was contemplating… “She’s gone now… why won’t you just give up?!” … However, RiCO’s body started to glow, and Sue could feel the injury X-Kai inflict on her start to recover.

The blast that follows blasts a hole through RiCO’s chest and shoulder, ripping her right arm. Wires and circuits scatter. He looked… surprised… then thrilled… “I… I did it… That’s what happens to those who get in my way!”

He throws Sue’s sword to the ground, then aims his Buster at full charge. He’s decided that he needs to send another message. “Actually… I’ve had enough… Bye bye, bunny!” But before he could fire, RiCO gets in his way.

The Maverick looks at Cassidy and tries to kick her away, then performs another slam to the tree. “Stay down! Stay down if you know what’s good for you!” What he doesn’t notice is RiCO running rapidly at him. His Buster arm starts to charge.

He lifts the sword, then swings it (and Sue, if she still holds on) into a tree.

An electric shock comes from his hand, coursing through the metal of Sue’s sword.

The swords did slightly dent the armor, but he braced for impact, pushing Cassidy and her sword away with the side of his arm while grabbing onto Sue’s blade. Even though the blade cut into his robotic hand, he didn’t seem to feel any pain.
