Huge win for our Year 11–13 basketball team as they beat Porthcawl with a fantastic all-round performance! The boys now move on to face Cardiff next week in the South Wales Area Finals.

The Y7 hockey team maintained high spirits in pouring down rain playing against Y Pant. Although we narrowly lost, there was some great hockey on display & tactical play. P.O.T.M were Darcy, Ethan, Dom & Lily but as always, it was a great team effort!

Massive congratulations to Lewis Durston who became U15 boys Welsh champion at Cardiff this weekend. Coming 1st in both the 1500m and 800m and second in the high jump. He was just 3 seconds off the Welsh record in the 1500m. Next stop Sheffield, to race in the England Championships. Da iawn Lewis!

It is lovely to hear from former pupils. Here's a video from Thomas Williams, sharing a glimpse into a day in his life at college in the USA. Thomas left Brynteg School last summer & is now studying for a degree in Biology while on a soccer scholarship. It's fantastic to see him thriving.
