Wanted so share a bit of lore about Ren. If Ren is raised in a more hostile environment, He’ll evolve into a Kantonian Raichu. The perk he gets is a sharp tail. If Ren is raised in a more friendly environment, He’ll evolve into an Alolan Raichu. He can control his electricity on his own.
