Current Gooseworx "discourse" on Twitter seems to consists of some people screaming "my revenous bloodlust is not just okay, but Good, Actually!" and sane people saying "no".

It's sad to see it said so expicitly, but it's been kind of clear how Gooseworx felt about everything for a while. Maybe things will be different in ten years? But that feels like it's being unduly optimistic.

I'm not quite fluent enough in anime history to make this claim with any confidence, but The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya definitely feels like some kind of demarcation line, like Star Wars - there's "before Haruhi" and "after Haruhi".

So, what I'm hetting here is that people dunked on Glitch for how they handled the theatrical release of the TADC finale, which was motivated by security concerns...and now the finale has leaked. Am I missing something, or is that what happened?

My Adventures With Superman Season 2 ended so long ago it feels legitimately surreal that Season 3 is going to start so soon. I guess part of me expected to end up like Duke Nukem Forever or Chinese Democracy or something.

I am currently making my way through Birdemic. You know, I'm generally pretty skeptical anytime the internet bands together and declares a movie one of the worst ever - this movie seems like it's aware of my skepticism and is taking it as a challenge.

I hear occasionally about physical media having some sort of revival, but I'm not so sure. When Netflix revives their DVD rental service -or someone starts a new one of the same kind- THAT'S when we'll know physica media has made a real comeback.
