Somehow, Loki got out and I didn't notice he was missing until bedtime; turned the house upside down looking for him. Glad I decided to go search for him outside (it was 1 AM by then); found him in the parking lot, all frozen up and angry. Glad he didn't go far.

Saw someone comment that perimenopause was just kicking people when they're down: after years of periods, pregnancies, and all the medical issues and inconveniences that come with them, finally you're getting done with it and then THAT? They said they were convinced Mother Nature was a man. 🤣
