I saw a few people say the Obsession soundtrack reminded them of Akira Yamaoka’s work in Silent Hill as well as specifically save room music from Resident Evil. That’s so on point that I have to think Rock Burwell is a survival horror enjoyer. Regardless, great score for a great movie.

So after opening up the PS5 for a clean, I think I’ve determined that… 1) yes, LEGO Batman does make it run abnormally hot, BUT… 2) there may have been a little layer of dust on the heatsink making it worse Did a test stream, fans are running but not too hard. We’ll cross our fingers and see.

All in. I really enjoyed Cronos and will be eager to return it… even if I have to play as that freak!

So it would seem my overheating issues may have more to do with the console after all. At least, that’s what today’s stream would suggest. Sigh. It’s always something.

Testing out LEGO Batman today after the latest patch and I am not confident that they fixed the optimization issues on PS5. Didn’t get the overheat warning but game still runs really loud/hot. Weirdly seems worst on the start menu? Anyway, not gonna risk it for the time being. Dumb.
