People are scared & aren't traveling normally. Hoteliers need to reach people & remind them to travel. ADR is fine, but occupancy has suffered, so customer acquisition is a HUGE focus, even if it's legacy / repeat biz as well as new leads. Interesting new post-pandemic post-reality we're in.
