I accepted a new position at work today on a different team (yay!) and holy moly I can’t wait to take my current projects and slam dunk them directly into a dumpster.

I’ve printed this screen so many times I think the mesh is about to rip. I burned it in 2018 I think and I’ve gotten probably 1000 patches out of it. I’ll burn a new one when I need to, but happy with another 88 patches printed today 💪🏼 DM me if you want one! They are free if you’re in the US.

My favorite linen couch pillows were starting to get threadbare after years of use, so today I took the covers apart, salvaged the zipper and as much usable fabric as I could, and remade the covers! I’m stoked my fav pillows can live on. And I’m proud of my zipper-install! #quilting #diy

Love working in corporate sustainability and having my own boss tell me things arnt worth fighting for and we should concider “softening our goals”

I know for folks in LA, the devastation from the fires means there’s not much to recover. But, I put this together in case it could help even one person recover a beloved item. My mom’s house burned down in October and these are some tips the remediation and conservators gave me.

This has truly been one of the worst years I’ve ever had. I had such high hopes for myself to really dig in and find my art again but instead just got a hot plate of some of the worst tragedy and stress I can imagine. Good fucking riddance 2024.
