The SFWC website lost a bunch of data and I had to drop everything to initiate an emergency server migration. It's still not fixed. The SSU Department of Physics and Astronomy is under threat of being destroyed. The state of the country is... *looks around* 1/4

I just got married on Monday (yay!). One of the hardest things about it is changing your name. But no one teaches you how to do that after you've built a name for yourself professionally. Any tips on making the transition as an author?

Spending hours updating the speaker list on the SF Writers Conference website. In retrospect, I wish this page was database-driven. But oh well. Also, the fact the website is still on an old, slow server is making this take for-ev-er. Listening to The Martian by Andy Weir to kill the time!
