HGWFM Heindree Sturm! Another fantastic WFM kit. I love how strong the design aesthetic is in these kits - you can really tell which company designed which suit. Here you can see references to all of the Grassley suits - not just the previous Heindree. #gunpla #plamo #gundam

HGIBO Julieta's Mobile Reginlaze! Honestly, I'd forgotten who Julieta Juris was. Had to find a quick clip to remind me... Clearly I need to re-watch IBO again. Decent build, but not my favorite of the Graze-ish kits. #gunpla #plamo #gundam

I built the HGBF Beargguy III (SAN) this week. Weird kit. I've never built a teddy bear robot like this before. Very simple, as you might expect from an Acguy-derived kit like this. But it's still fun. And very unique. #gunpla #gundam #plamo

I built the HGWFM Dilanza Sol this week. I don't love how chonky these Dilanza kits are... And the Sol, specifically, is darker than I'd like. It's hard to pick out the surface details and panel lines. But these HGWFM kits are all pretty amazing anyway. #gunpla #gundam #plamo

Yet another fantastic Graze kit this week - the HGIBO Graze Ein. I think these Graze kits are my favorite part of the HGIBO line... I'm going to be sad when I run out of variants to build.

Well, it's Groundhog Day... Again.

I was genuinely surprised by this HGTO Guntank Early Type kit. It looks great up on the shelf and it's far more expressive than I expected. Terrific build.

The Strike Rouge is one of my favorite designs so I was really excited to build this kit... But then I went and messed up the topcoat and left it looking all dusty. Oh well. Still a fun build. I'll just have to revisit it at some point to fix it. #gunpla #gundam #plamo

Loki and Jinxie seem to like their Christmas presents!

Santa's Slay is one of my favorite Christmas movies. It's fantastically cheesy. They clearly didn't have much of a budget - but they put some real effort into this movie. It's great fun.

#gunpla dump! HGIBO Amida's Hyakuren - just a recolor of the standard Hyakuren with an extra rifle. Didn't love the new color. It's a lot less pink that I expected from the art. Almost fleshy? Kind of weird. The extra rifle is neat though.

#gunpla dump! HGWFM Demi Barding - another fantastic HGWFM kit... But it's got the same annoying feet/ankles as the rest of the Demi kits. And I really wish it'd come with a stand to display the backpack separately.

#gunpla dump! The HGTO Gundam Base Limited Gundam FSD (with Prototype Long-Range Beam Rifle). Decent build with a lot of extra options, but I didn't love the long-range beam rifle, and the dark plastic swallows a lot of details.

Somebody should really do a gunpla/Gundam Advent calendar...

First snow of the season!

New #gunpla - I finally got to build the HGCE Strike Rouge! This is one of my favorite designs in Gundam SEED, but it was hard to find this kit specifically. Seems like the old/busted IWSP version is the only one that's readily-available. Good build, but I don't love the brown panel-liner I used.

I don't live in NYC so I don't get to vote on this and none of these policies would directly affect me... But, damn, it feels good to see a politician clearly, directly, explicitly calling for trans rights.

I built the RG Skygrasper and painted-up a Customize Scene base. Very interesting build. Makes me wish we got more RG vehicles... Maybe one of those hovertruck things from 08th MS Team? Or some of those weird flying tanks from first Gundam? #gunpla

Gundam Base Chicago! It's still awfully far away... But at least it's on this continent. Maybe I'll be able to visit someday?

I built the HGUC Gouf Custom from the 08th MS Team. It's a great-looking kit... But definitely kind of showing its age build-wise. Another #gunpla kit that could really use a revive.

I mean, yeah, this playlist is actually pretty perfect for this morning... But why do I feel vaguely insulted?

I built the HGIBO Gundam Kimaris Trooper a couple weeks back... It's a bit of older #gunpla. Not a bad kit, but definitely kind of showing its age. Weird design, too, with that centaur-ish mode.

Looks like there's a new Knives Out movie coming! I've thoroughly enjoyed the others, so I'll definitely check this out.

New #gunpla - the HGWFM Heindree. It's another fantastic grunt suit from Witch from Mercury. I love how each company has a distinct design aesthetic... This is clearly another Grassley suit with obvious similarities to the Michaelis and Beguir Pente.

Painted-up a Customize Scene Base (Landscape Ver.) this week. I've just got a Core Fighter from my ZZ kit on there right now... But I've got an RG Skygrasper in the queue that'll go on it eventually.

New Folding Ideas!

Some new #gunpla - the MG 00 Qan[T]. Very cool build that makes fantastic use of an LED unit... But it's kind of hard to pose with that giant sword and bulky shield.

I kind of fell off Critical Role during Campaign 3... But I'm very curious about this new campaign. Huge cast, new setting, and Brennan Lee Mulligan as DM? Definitely curious to see where this goes.
