I'm a former member of law enforcement I was never trained to shoot someone in the head!! In fact I had an incident with someone who fled in their vehicle. I got in my vehicle and gave chase. Another unit pursued and we stopped the suspect, apprehending them. Murder was committed yesterday in MN!!
