Hi @conorpope.bsky.social any tips for getting a refund from @aerlingus.bsky.social they cancelled my wife’s flight home on Sunday from Birmingham. She can’t get a refund as they say she cancelled the flight! Which she didn’t, but had to fork out €200 to Ryanair to get home. Poor customer service.
