Found this shirt online. I don’t think I interpreted the message as they intended, but that’s the thing about art. It’s up to the viewer to get their own meaning out of it. 😉

From what I was able to find, the only changes were actually made to the website. Not the monument it’s self. It was because Trump signed an order for federal agencies to only acknowledge male and female. All references to trans or queer was removed from the website after that.

I feel like one of my biggest problems as an artist is that I have no good or interesting ideas. Sure I have ideas, but I always feel like they won't go anywhere and I'm not sure if that's cause they suck or if it's just my lack of ability to translate them into visual artwork.

I don’t finish paintings much because I’m still trying to figure my style out. I’m pretty happy with how this one turned out though.

People assume punks are mean because they look scary but in reality, they're some of the sweetest people on the planet. Take Maryland Manson for example. If you listen to his music you'd assume he's an asshole, but his message is all about being yourself even if other people don't approve.

Don't ask about the face cause I have no idea. I don’t think the lighting was terrible, but it isn’t what I’m going for. I don’t really know how to achieve the effect I want, but I’ll get there. This isn’t a finished painting, by the way. I’m scrapping this one.
