500lbs 12 reps Leg Press 😳 Achieved this a bit faster than expected but I am chalking this up to being motivated from watching people finishing games I love so thank you! I’ll get to up 700 next surely 😁

Big day today! I mentioned randomly last year that I wanted to get to 10 reps of 500lb Leg Press butttttt I kind of start slacking on that slowly but I am back onto it! Honestly aiming to achieve it within the next two weeks. This is 16 reps of 450lbs so I think it’s going to be pretty easy to do 👍

Got some time and motivation to edit some of my recent recordings, starting to get a bit harder to have time to go to the gym to record late at night to avoid editing out people as much due to work being 6 days a week now 😬 I WILL find time surely

Decided to check out one of the gyms possibly near my next apartment and had a little fun 👨🏻‍🦳

Added a pretty brutal new workout to my standard routine! I am doing 10 sets of staring at the Switch 2 in the Walmart display and verbally telling it that I don’t want it.

Recorded some of my Benchs with the new stand I bought 😵‍💫 had to go very late so there was as little people as possible but it was pretty fun actually! Additional vids/pics will be replied to this post from the session. Hope I can do this some more soon but I got some moving to worry about soon 😐

Starting to lock back in on cutting again and have got back into doing better cardio! This is what my usual time/pace is that I do for at least 3 days a week. This is all from yesterday, first was a warm up before my other exercises and the next two were consecutive because the machine program sucks

Been going extra hard the past few days at the gym since I quit my job, so I now don’t have to worry about being too tired or sore from going crazier in my trips 😁 going to try to enjoy my late night visits and longer sessions while I can! This is 11 reps of 400 lbs like I previously had as my goal!

Stopped being sick so I went crazy today which felt great 🥹 I’ve also realized that I am upping my goal weight for Leg Press from 400 to 500 because I can just about do it already (I hadn’t tried before whoopsies) this vid is 10 reps of 380. Feeling a tad bit massive today 😤 can’t wait to get home and insta lock Thor and try to one shot backline with my ult that takes 4 minutes to charge while enemy Luna and Cloak counter ult with theirs that only take a minute to charge (I want to kill myself)

Looking forward to the progress and improvements I’ll get to see by the end of this year! I’ll try my hardest to start doing more things out of my comfort zone and possibly attempt to bulk for the first time this year! 😵‍💫🤞
