Destruction that grinds human bodies and nature. Social exclusion and the construction of the "Monster". The destruction of morality and natural laws by greed. Who is the real monster? 📽️ Guillermo del Toro, Frankenstein

I finally finished the work I had to research and write-work I'd put off for ages because I simply had no motivation. That feeling of racing against time, the terrible, crushing anxiety of 'I'm late,' is awful. It paralyzes you. I finally went into my cave, and it did me good.

Every step we take to be "ourselves" on social media is instantly measured, managed by algorithms, converted into profit for the platform, and ultimately becomes a tool for collective behaviour management.

Willpower is a finite resource that diminishes with use, says Roy Baumeister. When considering digitalisation, we need much more willpower to focus. That's why I've started turning tasks I want to do but can't muster the willpower for into ritual.

Mamiş flew off the balcony door. We found him at the top of the tallest tree in the garden, but he was too scared to come down. He flew off in fear of a crow. now we can't even hear his voice. It's evening now. I'm so sad.

The film "The Man from Earth" impressed me with its dialogue between a professor who claims to be 14,000 years old and his fellow scientists. The film's discussion, which was grounded in scientific facts, was not brilliant, but it was good.

A country whose every institution, especially universities, is full of fake diploma holders is doomed to collapse. Maybe their goal is to destroy the country. Because they have no shame.

Life without relationships with others, without people we can talk to, trust, act with, think with, and exchange ideas with, is not a humanistic life.

In one of the linguistics books it is mentioned that most languages disappear and some are resurrected. When the last person who knows the language dies, the language also dies.Kaurna language is one of them. However, theKaurna people made a serious effort to revive their language and revitalised it >

I saw Ari Aster's Eddington. It's typical Aster style but lacks integrity. The psychological elements and Phoenix are fantastic. However, the themes are intertwined. I kept expecting the threads to come together by the end, but instead, they became even more complex. I'm not sure if I'd watch it again📽️

Silo is a tv series with philosophical underpinnings. It's clearly inspired by Fritz Lang. It's the first time I've watched a TV series in a long time. 📽️

I used to be happy when special days coincided. Not anymore. When he was with us, I'd wait for him to celebrate first. I'd be capricious, thinking he'd always be by my side. Now, the flowers he gave are gone. he's gone too. But I constantly bring him flowers.

Visual-free posts don't attract much attention because people prefer to quickly glance and move on rather than read. Whereas, even visuals have a story and a soul; they become meaningless when merely looked at and passed by.
