This is HUGE. Clove hasn't barked 10 times in the 2 years we've had her (except when she dreams). Today she barked around 100 times at Nutmeg, I guess trying to get her to play(?). Nutmeg never reacted—honestly I think she may have just been surprised Clove could speak.

Earlier at Sheetz, I saw a preteen girl run up to her 40-something, very Southern, dad because she recognized the song that was playing. And in public they both started singing Xanadu to each other. A lot in this world sucks right now, don't lose sight of the good stuff that we need to save.

After 2 hours of work, my hands can no longer hold the trigger on the power tools. So it sounds like I'm being told that I'm done for the day. My breaking point was when a Hawthorne branch intertwined with poison ivy, that I was trying to cut, snap back and slap me across the face.
